Homemade Peach Cobbler

Homemade Peach Cobbler

admin September 3, 2020

Ingredients:

1 stick butter – use real butter

1cup flour self rising

1 cup sugar

1 cup milk

1 large can peaches in heavy syrup

Set oven to 325-350 degrees

Directions:

Melt butter in bottom of dish. I used a 9×9 dish.

In a bowl mix together the flour, sugar and milk. Mix well. No lumps.

Pour batter over butter. DON’T STIR IT IN.

Spoon peaches over mixture around pan, pour peach juice over top.

Bake on a cookie sheet in case it boils up for 1 hour.

It will be juicy but leave it sit for 5 minutes or so and it all comes together.

I love to eat it warm with some vanilla ice cream on the side.

Enjoy!
