Ingredient :
1 bag rice cauliflower
2 eggs
Salt/pepper/garlic powder
1/2 c mozzarella
1/2 c cheerleader
1/4 c almond flour

How To Make It :
Place on a lined baking sheet @375 for 8-10 min or side. I made them about a 2 large tbsp and pressed down. Use parchment paper.
Hope you like it.
Can also use it for mini tacos or mini pizza.e.j
