SIMPLE TOMATO CUCUMBER SALAD

SIMPLE TOMATO CUCUMBER SALAD

ADVERTISEMENT

admin January 30, 2021

Cucumber and tomato salad is a classic, light, cool, and very refreshing salad. This easy salad is made with tender slices of cucumber and tomatoes, and garnished with sliced red onions and a refreshing vinaigrette.

The English option is perfect for this recipe. The peels are soft enough that there is no need to remove them, and the seeds are almost non-existent. If you only have a regular cookie salad on hand, these are a good fit too. You only need to peel them, and if the seeds seem tough, pry them out and then slice them.

* Ingredients :

+ Salad

° 4 Roma tomatoes (or medium sized tomatoes)

° 1 medium cucumber

° 1/2 small red onion

+ Dress-up

° 1/4 cup olive oil

° 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

° 1 teaspoon dried oregano

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° Fresh pepper

* instructions:

Mix olive oil, red grape vinegar, oregano, salt and some fresh pepper in a bowl or mix them in a bowl and shake until combined. Set the marinade aside until the flavors blend.

Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions into thin slices. Place them in a large bowl.

Pour the sauce over the sliced vegetables and flip to coat. Serving directly . The onions will become milder when soaked in the sauce.

ENJOY !
